Refund policy

Returns must be made within 20 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.  20% of restocking fee will be charge. We do not refund shipping charges and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When making a return, please include a copy of the original invoice along with the Return Authorization Number which you will be provided. In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of package arrival and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item at our expense and send you a replacement.
